The human review step

Every segment. Every time. No sampling.

This is the step that separates Voxiis from raw AI translation — and it's the one most vendors compress under deadline pressure. We don't.

What gets checked

01

Terminology compliance

Every term is checked against your glossary/termbase, or a new one is built if you don't have one yet.

02

Tone and register

AI often defaults to overly formal or overly casual phrasing. A linguist corrects this to match your brand voice in-market.

03

Back-translation on flagged segments

For anything uncertain or high-risk (legal, pricing, CTAs), we translate it back to English so you can verify meaning wasn't lost.

04

Severity grading

Every issue found is labeled Critical, High, Medium, or Low — so you know what actually mattered, not just a word count of 'changes made.'

Who does the review

Native or professionally fluent linguists, briefed on B2B SaaS terminology and your specific brand voice — not a generic freelance pool. Reviewers are matched to language pairs they work in daily, not assigned round-robin.

Severity legend

Critical

Changes meaning, or creates legal or compliance risk.

High

Wrong register or terminology that damages brand credibility.

Medium

Tone or style drift from the source brand voice.

Low

Accurate as drafted; noted and confirmed, no change needed.
